Chip McBreen has extensive experience in fraud management and loss prevention, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Fraud Management at Members 1st Federal Credit Union since June 2003. Prior to this role, Chip held multiple positions at Members 1st, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President of Loss Prevention. Additionally, Chip served as a Trooper with the Pennsylvania State Police from June 1980 to May 2000 before retiring.
