Randy Schilling

Randy Schilling is a serial entrepreneur and the current CEO and founder of MembershipWare. Randy has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, starting their career as an electrical engineer for Illinois Power. In 1992, they founded Quilogy, an IT training and consulting company that was acquired by Aspect Software in 2010. Following that, they became a member of the board of directors and founder of Webbizapps, a software as a service company that was acquired by Nuvox Communications in 2001. In 2010, they founded BoardPaq, a leading provider of board management software, and served as its CEO until it was acquired by AllianceSTL in 2019. Randy is also a founding member of OPO Startups.

Randy Schilling has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield.
