Ward Sandler has a diverse work experience. Ward started their career at Thomson Reuters in 2008 as an Account Manager. Ward excelled in this role, becoming a top performer and achieving the President's Club multiple times. Ward also trained and onboarded new Account Managers and interns. In 2011, Ward co-founded 320NY, a web development agency. As CEO, they oversaw the development of over 400 Squarespace websites, several Shopify websites, and custom projects using Ruby on Rails. In 2016, Ward became the co-founder and CEO of MemberSpace, a SaaS platform that transforms parts of websites into members-only areas. In this role, they focus on operations and product management, leading a remote team to create an exceptional software platform for their customers' membership businesses.

Ward Sandler attended the Stevens Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
