James Roth

James Roth has a strong background in business development and sales. James currently serves as the Head of Business Development at Membrane since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Galaxy Digital from March 2021 to April 2022. James also held positions at Ripple as the Senior Director of Institutional Markets from December 2019 to November 2020 and at FPGA Co. as a Co-Founder from August 2019 to November 2020. James began their career at Goldman Sachs, where they worked in various roles including Vice President of Derivatives Sales from July 2011 to December 2017 and Analyst positions in the Executive Office Client Services Group and Foreign Exchange Corporate Sales from July 2005 to July 2009.

James Roth completed their Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Harvard University from 2001 to 2005. James later obtained their MBA with a focus on Finance from The Wharton School between 2009 and 2011. In 2019, James completed a Full-Stack Python Immersive Bootcamp at Byte Academy, receiving a Completion Certificate in Computer Software Engineering.
