Martijn Thé

Martijn Thé is a versatile software engineer with extensive experience in embedded and AOSP software development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Memfault since May 2019, Martijn focuses on creating tools using a diverse array of technologies, including C, TypeScript, Python, and React. As the Founder and Managing Director of malloc B.V. and previously a freelance software engineer, Martijn has collaborated with various startups and large companies to overcome product engineering challenges. Experience includes roles as a Firmware Engineer at Intel, where work involved a JavaScript/TypeScript runtime for smart glasses, and as a Principal Software Engineer at Fitbit, contributing to SDK development. Earlier positions included significant contributions at Pebble Tech and Noodlewerk, along with a background in interaction design and leadership within several organizations. Martijn holds a Master of Science in Design for Interaction from Delft University of Technology and has participated in design-focused education across multiple institutions.
