Greg Brown has held a variety of roles in the biopharmaceutical industry. Greg is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Memgen and a Director of FAST BioMedical and Faron Pharmaceuticals, Oy. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Chairman of the Board of Lisata Therapeutics, Inc. Greg is also a Senior Advisor Board Member and Founder of HealthCare Royalty Partners, a private investment firm with $5.5 billion in cumulative capital commitments. Greg has additionally served as a Director of Aquestive Therapeutics since 2007, a Partner of Paul Capital Partners since 2003, a Managing Director of Adams, Harkness & Hill since 1997, and a Vice President of Vector Securities International Inc. since 1992. Greg was also a Summer Associate at Merck from 1991-1993.

Greg Brown received their A.B. from Yale University between 1971 and 1975. Greg then attended State University of New York Upstate Medical University from 1975 to 1979, where they earned their MD. Finally, they obtained their MBA from Harvard Business School between 1990 and 1992.
