László Laki

László Laki is a Senior NLP Engineer at memoQ, with a Ph.D. in Information Technology and extensive experience in machine translation. Since 2012, László has worked with Globalese, contributing significantly to the development of a statistical machine translation system and introducing critical enhancements to its workflow. László also leads a research team at the Hungarian Research Centre for Linguistics, focusing on state-of-the-art Large Language Model technologies adapted for the Hungarian language. Additionally, László has held positions as a Research Fellow and lecturer, sharing knowledge in programming and natural language processing.
