Kosha Gada has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kosha currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Memories Group Limited, starting in January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Public Company Board Member / Non-Executive Director at PointsBet since May 2021. In 2020, they worked as a Primetime Television Contributor for Sky News and was the Founder and CEO of Recastled. From 2015 to 2019, Kosha worked at Comcast Corporation as the Corporate Executive Director of Strategy / Company Vice President. Kosha also worked at Kearney from 2005 to 2015, where they held the role of Principal and Media & Entertainment Practice Leader, overseeing multi-million dollar projects and driving substantial revenue growth. Additionally, they were an On-Air Contributor for CNBC from 2013 to 2015 and a Technology Consultant in Accenture's Media & Entertainment Practice from 2000 to 2003.

Kosha Gada obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University, which they attended from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
