Memory Matters is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals living with memory loss and supporting the families who care for them. For more than 25 years, we’ve been a trusted resource in the Lowcountry, providing brain wellness education, caregiver support programs, and compassionate respite care.

Our evidence-based services include adult day respite, early memory loss programs, brain health classes, caregiver training, support groups, memory screenings, and community outreach across Hilton Head, Bluffton, Beaufort, and Jasper Counties. Every program is designed with dignity, connection, and holistic well-being at the center.

With nationally certified staff and a passion for innovation in dementia care, Memory Matters is committed to building a community where hope is strengthened, memories are honored, and no one walks the journey alone.
