VP Customer Success at Memsource

Andrea Tabacchi is the VP Customer Success at Memsource. Prior to this, they were the Technology Director at Arancho Doc from April 2010 to September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for everything related to technology in the company, including language technology, IT infrastructure and helpdesk, project management on internal R&D projects, budgeting and ROI analysis on technology solutions implementation, and support to sales during acquisitions for technology-related aspects. Andrea was also responsible for strategic and operational plans for IT infrastructure, R&D, and language technology.

Before their time at Arancho Doc, Andrea was a Senior Architect at CSOFT International from March 2007 to October 2009. In this role, they were responsible for daily quotation analysis, analysis of all the new tools and trends of the market, support to the production team during project execution, training organization and execution, and report compilation.

Andrea began their career as a linguistic QA tester at Symbio from October 2006 to February 2007. After that, they became an independent L10N professional from November 2009 to March 2010. Andrea then took on the role of analyst and consultant at ExornoGilt from November 2009 to March 2010.

Andrea Tabacchi's educational career includes a BA in Asian Studies with a focus on language from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia, and an Executive Master in Project Management from Stogea. Andrea also has certification from LinkedIn in New Manager Fundamentals and The Basics of Data for Analytics. Additionally, they have Coursera Course Certificates in Strategy Formulation - Copenhagen Business School, Strategy Implementation - Copenhagen Business School, and Strategic Management - Copenhagen Business School.
