Jenn Adie has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting with United Defense LP as an Intern in 2002, Adie then worked as a Legal Assistant at Preston Gates Ellis & Rouvelas Meeds LLP from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, Adie served as a Research and Policy Analyst at Randall's Parliamentary Service. Adie then joined Tremblant Capital Group as an Investor Relations specialist from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, Adie co-founded and served as the Chief Operations Officer of Bambu Marketing Group, a full-service marketing agency. Adie also worked as a Consultant Freelancer during this time. Adie's next role was at TransPerfect as a Project Manager from 2010 to 2011, followed by a promotion to Team Lead from 2011 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, Adie worked as a Solutions Architect at Translations.com, specializing in multinational clients from various industries. Adie then joined Phrase in 2019 as a Solutions Architect before progressing to become the Enterprise Customer Success Manager for EMEA in 2021. In 2022, Adie took on the role of Customer Success Manager Lead for America until 2023, when they became the Head of Global CSM Ops.

Jenn Adie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Georgetown University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2005 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Relations at King's College London. Before their university studies, they received a diploma from Stone Ridge in 1999.
