Roxy Ma is an experienced professional with a strong background in translation, project management, and customer success within the life sciences and technology sectors. Roxy has held various roles at notable companies, including Project Manager at Lionbridge and Welocalize Life Sciences, Senior Translator at Takeda Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, and currently serves as a Customer Success Manager-APAC at Phrase. Roxy's career began as a translator at Chevron and included an administrative position at John Crane. Roxy holds a Master’s Degree in Translation and Localization with an MBA specialization from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, which was completed between 2016 and 2018.
