Jiaming Zhang

Jiaming Zhang has work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they worked as a Data Assistant intern at China Merchants Bank, where they were responsible for inserting new clients' accounts' information into the bank database. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they contributed to the ScribeAR project, focusing on developing an AR glasses application for real-time sound capture and subtitle generation. In 2022, Jiaming worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, assisting in course structure development and instructing students in coding techniques. They also had an internship at Meta in 2022, working as a Software Engineer Intern, where they contributed to the development of React Product Infra and created a new feature for the 'Router Devtool' Chrome extension. Currently, Jiaming is working as a Software Engineer at MemVerge.

Jiaming Zhang pursued higher education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. From 2017 to 2021, Jiaming obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the university. Jiaming continued to further their education at the same institution and undertook a Master of Computer Science degree in Computer Science from 2021 to 2022.
