Jeff Starr is a Managing Director and Head of Operations at Charles Schwab, where they have been working since 2010. Previously, they held the position of Vice President at both HSBC Securities and Credit Suisse from 2005 to 2009. Early in their career, Jeff was an Associate at Lehman Brothers from 2003 to 2005. They are currently a Board Member for both EDX Markets and MEMX. Jeff holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
