Jacob Mashilo

Jacob Mashilo is currently a Mine Manager at Springlake Colliery, overseeing 425 employees and ensuring sustainable coal production. With over 11 years of experience in the mining industry, Jacob has held various roles, including Mine Overseer at Sasol, where they significantly improved production sections. Jacob previously served as an Academic Instructor at the University of Pretoria, where they organized tutorials and completed a dissertation on blasting techniques. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering and an Honours degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
