Matt Herron has extensive experience in management and ministry, currently serving as the 2nd Assistant General Manager at Menards since May 2018. In this role, Matt has held several positions, including Order Pick-Up and Delivery Department Manager and 1st Assistant Manager in both Order Pick-Up and Delivery and Electrical departments. Prior to Menards, Matt worked at Hillside Baptist Church as the Associate Pastor of Family and Worship from January 2014 to December 2017, and at Harvey Oaks Baptist Church as the Pastor of Youth & Family from February 2009 to December 2013. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Youth Ministry and Bible from Grace University.
