Sean Gammon

Sean Gammon has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as an Assistant Department Manager at Menards since May 2017, following a managerial training role. Previous experience includes working as a Conductor at Norfolk Southern Corporation, where duties involved delivering goods on time and safely, and a Temporary Associate at Expeditors. Sean also held positions at the SIUC Recreation Center as a Lifeguard/Crew Chief, overseeing safety protocols, and at Pyles Pools as an Area Manager and Management Intern, supervising staff and ensuring pool operations. Initial life guarding experience began at Pyle's Pools, culminating in leadership roles as Head Lifeguard and Pool Manager. An externship experience was completed at Walmart in management and logistics. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
