Joe Lauer

Joe Lauer is a seasoned professional in environmental health and safety (EHS) with extensive experience in the packaging industry. Since July 2016, Joe has held various positions at Menasha Packaging, progressing from EHS Manager to Senior EHS Director, demonstrating a strong commitment to EHS leadership and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Joe spent over 13 years at Graphic Packaging International, Inc., where responsibilities included serving as an EHS Specialist and a Machine Operator. Joe Lauer earned an Associate's degree in Environmental Health & Safety from Fox Valley Technical College from 2015 to 2018, and a high school diploma from Menasha High School in 2000.
