Phil Rothmann

Phil Rothmann possesses extensive experience in sustainability and environmental management, currently serving as Senior Director of Sustainability at Menasha Packaging since January 2025. Prior roles include Corporate Sustainability Manager at Oshkosh Corporation from April 2023 to January 2025, and Global Environmental & Sustainability Manager at Dura-Line from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, Phil held positions as Corporate EHS Program Manager and Environmental Health and Safety Generalist at Plexus Corp. between 2015 and 2021. Earlier in the career, Phil worked as Imaging Director & Talent at Woodward Radio Group from 2010 to 2015. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh in Environmental Studies: Policy & Values and Communication, Radio and Television.
