Rick Calhoon

Rick Calhoon has over 30 years of experience in various roles related to operations, business transformation, strategic sourcing, and purchasing. Rick currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations/Business Transformation at Menasha Packaging. In this role, they are responsible for leading strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth. Prior to this role, Rick has held leadership positions at Menasha Packaging, including Vice President of Business Transformation and Vice President of Unilever. Rick also has experience as a Regional Strategic Sourcing Manager and Manager of Strategic Sourcing/Specialty Products at the company. Before joining Menasha Packaging, Rick worked as a Purchasing Manager at Simmons Juvenile Products and as a Buyer at Prange Way.

Rick Calhoon completed their BA degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between the years 1984 and 1988.
