Teri Libassi

Teri Libassi has over 20 years of experience in human resources and benefits administration. Teri started their career at The Financial Relations Board, where they focused on training, employee communication, and benefit program management. Teri then moved on to marchFIRST, where they oversaw the development of all aspects of human resources and benefits. At Akzo Nobel, Teri served as a Benefits Specialist, administering health and welfare benefit programs and coordinating annual enrollment. Currently, Teri is the Director of Human Resources at Menasha Packaging, where they are responsible for strategic planning, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, staff development, and compensation. Teri also serves as a coach and mentor to their team and supports multiple clients across three sites.
