Abisali Ebrahim

Abisali Ebrahim is an IT Service Delivery Lead at Mencap, where they manage a team of ten in the IT Service Desk, overseeing incidents and ensuring high standards of customer support. Previously, Abisali served as a Service Desk Shift Leader at CDW UK, improving service delivery processes and implementing a quality assurance program. They have also worked in various IT roles, including 1st Line Support Technician and Network Engineer. Abisali holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Technology with Network Technology from Birmingham City University.
