Aimi Joinson

Aimi Joinson is currently the Corporate Development Lead (Head of Partnerships) at Mencap, a position they have held since 2025. They also serve as Head of Partnerships and Income at Career Ready, where they previously worked as Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager from 2016 to 2020. Aimi's earlier roles include Learning & Operations Manager at Seetec, Skills for Life Manager at Indigoskills, and Learndirect Centre Manager and Tutor at SIGTA. Aimi holds a Level 4 Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and a Level 5 Diploma to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector from London South Bank University.
