Ali Pike

Ali Pike currently serves as the Director of Programmes and Communities at Mencap, a role held since July 2020, which involves leading teams to develop and deliver a range of funded programmes and services to achieve strategic objectives while ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements. Prior experience at Mencap includes serving as Head of Programmes, where responsibilities included securing funding of up to £7 million and facilitating change across various sectors, and as Programme Manager for Leisure, focusing on arts and sports initiatives. Ali's background also encompasses a position as Head of Policy and Projects at v (National Young Volunteers Service), as well as consulting roles at Deloitte, and teaching psychology and religious education at Loxford School. Educational qualifications include a 2.1 degree in Philosophy and Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and Qualified Teacher Status from Canterbury Christ Church University.
