Faye Dixey is currently the Active Communities Programme Lead at Mencap, where they oversee initiatives that promote community engagement through sports for individuals with learning disabilities. Faye previously served as a Senior Sports Engagement Officer, designing and managing projects that provided people with learning disabilities the opportunity to be active and gain new skills. Their experience includes acting as the Sports & Recreation Development Coordinator at the University of the Arts London and as a Club Tennis Coach at Cranston Park Lawn Tennis Club. Faye holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences with 1st Class Honours from the University of Birmingham.
