Laura Rees

Laura Rees is currently the Executive Director of People at Mencap, where they strive to make the UK the best place for people with learning disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. They have held various HR leadership positions, including Senior Director of People at the British Red Cross and HR Director roles at CBRE and JLL. Laura began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Morgan McKinley and later served as an HR Officer at EFG Private Bank Ltd. They earned a BScEcon in Sociology from the University of Wales, Swansea.
