Mark Swift

Mark Swift is the Head of Practice Development and has extensive experience in the non-profit organization management sector, specifically focused on behavior within quality functions. They previously held various roles at Mencap, including Supported Living Manager and Quality Coordinator, and served as a Job Coach at Co-options, managing a gardening social firm for individuals with learning disabilities. Most recently, Mark worked as a Compliance Manager at the Royal Mencap Society, leading compliance efforts and safeguarding initiatives across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
