Matthew Harrison

Matthew Harrison is currently the Public Affairs and Parliamentary Manager at Mencap, where they coordinate lobbying efforts to improve the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. Previously, they served as a Parliamentary Affairs Officer at Mencap, where they built relationships with parliamentary members and provided strategic advice. Matthew has also worked as a Parliamentary Assistant, a Caseworker for various MPs, and a Communications Officer, developing extensive experience in public affairs and political communication. They hold an MSc in Middle East Politics, concentrating on Saudi-Qatar relations, and previously obtained degrees in Political Science and Government.
