Matthew Perkins

Matthew Perkins is a Learning Experience Manager at Mencap, where they focus on digital learning and experience design. Previously, they held roles such as Senior eLearning Developer at Capita Employee Benefits, where they led the design and implementation of digital learning strategies, and Learning and Development Project Support at NHS Direct, where they significantly increased engagement through new e-learning resources. Matthew has a background in education and training, having facilitated learning at Burton and South Derbyshire College, and they also have experience in customer service and management from their time at TNT Logistics and Yates's. They hold a Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector qualification from the University of Derby.
