Stuart Grant

Stuart Grant, PhD, CEng, FIChemE, is a retired Senior Process Industry Advisor based in Northern Ireland with a diverse background in chemical plant operations, maintenance, and reliability across various roles. They previously held leadership positions at INVISTA, including Utilities Plant Manager and Site Maintenance & Reliability Manager, and have extensive experience from their tenure at DuPont, where they focused on Operations Excellence and Mechanical Integrity practices. Stuart earned a PhD in Chemistry of Polysaccharides from Queen's University Belfast and has contributed to various charitable initiatives, currently serving as a Trustee and Chair of Ballymena Gateway Club for adults with learning disabilities. They are also involved as a Volunteer Advisor with The Turnaround Project, mentoring individuals returning to employment from the justice system.
