Tracey Richards is an experienced leader in the non-profit and health and social care sectors, with a focus on learning disability, autism, and youth development. They currently lead the delivery of the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, overseeing significant workforce expansion while embedding co-production in training. Previously, at Mencap, they managed successful change programs, including a £1M assistive technology project, achieving improved outcomes and recognition for the organization. Tracey holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Anglia Ruskin University and is dedicated to promoting social inclusion and service transformation.
