With experience managing portfolios of up to 750 properties and 6 million square feet across the UK, Victoria's recent roles include strategic leadership positions in healthcare, industrial, and financial services. Previously, Victoria spent five years as a Land Manager in the new homes sector, overseeing teams to acquire land and secure planning permissions. Victoria's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business & HR from Coventry University and a PGDip in Real Estate from Birmingham City University.
