Helene Rutledge

Rutledge is an Entrepreneur, C-Suite Innovator, change agent, engineer and product development expert. Her leadership roles include Global Head of Open Innovation at GSK, Director of Clinical Supplies at Pfizer, VP of R&D at the Bountiful Company and Chief Innovation Officer at New Avon. Prior to joining Mend, she was Co-Founder and chief Formulator of Upgraid, developing preventive nutritional products. Helene has an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Manhattan College where she has returned to lecture to aspiring entrepreneurs. Helene has completed marathons and Olympic-distance triathlons for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
