Anne Toorneman is a seasoned professional in service design and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Service Designer at Mendix since October 2020. Prior to this role, Anne worked at LeQuest as a Medical Device Analyst from August 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included researching user interactions and defining simulation training requirements. Anne's early career included positions as a Student Assistant at TU Delft and a Teaching Assistant at Inwijs, contributing to academic projects from 2012 to 2016. Anne holds a Master’s Degree in Design for Interaction from Delft University of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Design and Applied Arts from UNSW, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
