Connie Wai is a seasoned professional in customer success and cloud services, currently serving as Senior Director of APAC Customer Success at Mendix since October 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Multi-Cloud Customer Success at VMware, where leadership of a skilled team focused on enhancing customer journeys within multi-cloud solutions, and Director of Customer Success at Haven, responsible for maximizing value for enterprise clients. Additional experiences encompass management positions at InTWO, Hitachi Data Systems, Lexmark, Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific, and Hewlett-Packard, with a strong emphasis on customer success, delivery operations, and sales across the Asia Pacific region.
