Erika Arena has experience in various roles within different companies such as Mendix, Qurate Retail Group, Comcast Business, Carat USA, and OMD USA. Currently serving as Director, Head of ISV Partner Marketing and Global Retail Industry Principal at Mendix, Erika focuses on utilizing technology to address retail industry challenges. Erika's previous roles included managing product management and supply chain technologies at Qurate Retail Group, serving as a Product Owner and Senior Analyst at Comcast Business, implementing automation processes at Carat USA, and leading a team of buyers at OMD USA. Erika holds a B.A. in Art Management from the College of Charleston.
