Hardy Chen

Hardy Chen is an Associate Technical Lead and Senior Consultant at Mendix since April 2020, where responsibilities include leading enterprise-level projects, training teams, and ensuring smooth integrations and governance across multiple workstreams. Previously, Hardy served as a Rapid Application Development Consultant, mastering the Mendix platform for rapid solution delivery. From June 2015 to June 2019, Hardy was a Software Consultant at Tallan, designing scalable solutions and developing applications using Agile methodologies in C# and Python. Early experience includes a role as a Student Research Assistant at UConn Health, supporting research on alcohol effects among the elderly, and serving as a Camp Counselor at Winding Trails, Inc. Hardy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut, obtained in 2015.
