Julia Chow is a Senior UX/UI Designer at Mendix, acquired by Siemens, where they lead UX workshops and develop user-centered digital designs. With a strong background in both coding and philosophy, Julia previously enhanced learning experiences as a Coding/STEM Instructor at First Code Academy and gained initial design skills through an apprenticeship at Bloc. They also served as a Philosophy Tutor at The University of Hong Kong and contributed to innovative projects as a Project Associate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Julia holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from King's College London and has undertaken a specialized UX Design Program at Bloc.
