Marco Bouwkamp

Marco Bouwkamp is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry and consultancy, currently serving as a Senior Industry Solutions Consultant at Mendix since July 2021. Prior to this role, Marco served as a Mendix Consultant | Advanced Developer at TimeSeries from February 2020 to July 2021. Marco's extensive experience also includes a tenure at Evers + Manders Subsidieadviseurs, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Consultant to Consultant, focused on facilitating grants for innovation and R&D projects. Earlier in the career, Marco worked as a grant advisor at UMC Utrecht, supporting researchers in securing funding, and held various academic roles, including researcher and group leader at the University of Groningen and postdoctoral research fellow at Cornell University. Marco holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Groningen, obtained in 2004, and an MSc in Chemistry, completed in 1999.
