Mark Glasser

Customer Success Director

Mark Glasser is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and software services management. Currently serving as the Customer Success Director at Mendix since August 2020, Mark previously held the role of Director of Client Software Services and Support at Empower Retirement from 2016 to 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing software delivery and customer success for large-scale applications. Prior to that, Mark was the Director of Client Services at NICE Systems, managing a team of over 30 professionals focused on enterprise application deployments. Earlier career roles included Manager of Professional Services at Merced Systems and Regional Director of Professional Services and Success for EMEA North at Motive, Inc., where Mark developed and led teams to achieve successful project outcomes. Mark holds a Master's degree in Public Management and Policy Analysis from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA.
