Matthew Bailey

Matthew Bailey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in web operations, SEO, and user experience management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Web Operations, SEO & UX at Mendix since January 2021, Matthew oversees a team of five and manages the budget for the Web Team. Prior to this role, Matthew held various managerial positions, including Web Development Manager at Mendix and IT Digital/Web Lead at IHI, where a significant project included developing a Drupal 8 site focused on the Covid-19 crisis. With a solid foundation in communication, garnered through positions at Perkins School for the Blind and Lateral Group, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in content curation and team leadership across multiple organizations. Matthew holds a Master's degree in Communication Management from Emerson College and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Curry College.
