Paula Rodriguez

Paula Rodriguez is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading and creating digital campaigns. Currently serving as Design Team Lead and previously holding roles such as Lead Product Designer, Senior Product Designer, and UX Designer at Mendix since May 2018, Paula has demonstrated a strong ability to innovate and conceptualize engaging graphic pieces for various platforms. Prior to Mendix, Paula worked as an Art Director for a freelance venture, LATAM Art Director at VML, and Senior Designer at Studiocom, focusing on developing creative concepts for digital and print media. Paula's journey in design began at Mass Digital - Lowe, where as a Junior Designer, skills were honed leading to a Senior Designer position. Paula holds a degree in Publicity from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano and has furthered education in digital culture and jewelry design.
