Tejas Dandgawal

Tejas Dandgawal is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles across various companies. Currently serving as a Techlead at Mendix since February 2022, Tejas previously held positions at TIAA from May 2018 to February 2022, progressing from Senior Associate to Associate. Prior experience includes working as an Associate and Sr. Analyst at Deutsche Bank from July 2016 to April 2018, and as a System Analyst at Amdocs from November 2014 to July 2016. Tejas began the career as a System Engineer at Tech Mahindra from July 2011 to October 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from MET's Institute of Engineering, alongside earlier studies in HSC Science and SSC Science.
