Tom Knippenberg is an experienced product manager and entrepreneur with a strong background in technology and management. Currently serving as the Product Manager Runtime at Mendix since November 2020, Tom previously owned Avarix, a company that developed an online bullying reporting system for over 75 schools in the Netherlands. At TOPdesk, from October 2013 to November 2020, Tom held multiple roles, including Product Manager for 'Scalable Growth' and a core module, focusing on enhancing international growth and product ecosystem development. Earlier experience includes web development roles at Hoppinger and freelance projects, as well as treasurer for the Rotterdam Student Society. Tom holds a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and IT from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
