[mend]physio was created in 2012 through the vision of two active physiotherapists who care deeply about health and well being.  We were inspired to create a new space for people to heal, learn, and move their bodies. With individualized assessments, private therapy rooms, one-on-one treatment sessions, and a full service gym space, we will be your partners as you restore + refine.   

Reaching your full potential is important. As we strive to reach ours, our therapists are constantly improving their own unique sets of skills in areas such as manual therapy, dry-needling/acupuncture, and strength & conditioning. While pursuing their own passions, our therapists also stay current with the latest scientific research,  and blend that with our experiences with peers, patients, and community.  So, whether it’s recovering from surgery, deepening your downward dog, or running a personal best at your next marathon – we are committed to helping you get it just right.
