Ernst Runge

Ernst Runge possesses extensive experience in organizational development and coaching, currently serving as Directeur at Menea since May 2007, where focus is placed on training, coaching, and empowering employees and organizations. Prior to this, Ernst led policy and advisory efforts at De Unie, a union representing middle and higher personnel, from 1999 to 2007, and worked as a Marketing Manager at Start Loopbaaninterventie from 1995 to 1999. Ernst's education includes qualifications in Coaching and Information Security (ISO 27001) from ZBC Consultants, Coaching/Mentoring from TTI Insights Benelux, and foundational knowledge in Change Management from APMG. Additional studies have been pursued at the Open Universiteit and TTI Insights Assessments, with ongoing learning at Utrecht University.
