Tom Speroni

Tom Speroni is the Executive Vice President and part owner of Menemsha Solutions, a position they have held since 1996. With a development mindset honed during their tenure at Starbucks Coffee, Tom played a key role in the company's aggressive growth by implementing a synergistic roll-out strategy. This approach to Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) not only improved project quality and accountability but also reduced development costs, leading Menemsha from a regional contractor to a respected national firm. Menemsha Solutions now operates through four specialized divisions, delivering innovative commercial design and construction solutions to a diverse clientele. Tom continues to drive the vision and operations of the company while pursuing education at the University of Denver.
