Maria Ode has extensive work experience in customer experience and insights. Maria worked at Menigo Foodservice AB, starting as a Customer and Market Insight Manager in August 2017. Maria then became the Head of Insights, Brand & Concepts in November 2019, and eventually rose to the role of Head of Customer Experience and Insights in March 2021.

Before joining Menigo Foodservice AB, Maria worked at Nepa AB as a Senior Consultant and Team Lead Retail from January 2016 to August 2017.

Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at BlueCarrot from January 2000 to December 2015.

Maria's career began as a Project Manager at Intervjubolaget IMRI from August 1998 to December 1999.

Maria Ode has a diverse education history. In 1993, they attended Umeå University where they studied marketing and obtained a degree in Economics. In 2014, they enrolled in the Berghs School of Communication for a planning degree. The same year, they also participated in various courses at Kairos Future, including "The Art of Running Workshops" and "The Art of Conceptual and Creative Thinking." In 2013, they completed a course in trend and environmental monitoring at Kairos Future. Additionally, Maria obtained a certification in "Leading in Complexity" from iero in November 2015.
