Davan H. has worked in various roles in the microelectronics and nanofabrication fields since 2014. In 2014, they were a Research Assistant Intern at California State University, Fullerton, where they assisted with research on slope stability analysis, metric suction and seepage velocity of clay soils. In 2015, they were a Research Assistant Intern at the UCSD Moore Cancer Center. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at the Qualcomm Institute - UC San Diego Division of Calit2 Nano3 Cleanroom as a Student Laboratory Assistant, where they trained and authorized lab users on Oxford Plasma Enhanced System and assisted with depositing amorphous silicon and dielectric materials and metals. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Intel Corporation as a Process Engineer, where they sustained production of microelectronic products and monitored process stability through Statistical Process Control. Since 2020, they have been a Quality and Reliability Engineer at Menlo Micro.

Davan H. attended North Carolina State University from 2022 to 2024, where they earned a Master of Science in Materials Science Engineering. Prior to that, they attended UC San Diego from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Nanoengineering.
