Glenn Koscal has over 30 years of professional experience in the electronics industry. glenn began their career in 1986 as an Applications Engineer at Indy Electronics. In 1988, they moved to Amkor Electronics, where they served as Design Center Manager. In 1993, they joined Carsem as Director of New Pkg Development. In 2008, they took on the role of 11.2 subcommittee chair at Jedec. Most recently, they have been working as a Package Design Consultant at Menlo Micro since 2017.

Glenn Koscal attended Clarkson University from 1974 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
